It's been a while. Hello friends. You all look good. Real good.
So when do you think the weather is going to finally break? I am a hot-natured person so I love me some cold weather, but for some reason this year I find myself waiting for the sweet, sweet nectar that is spring-time on the Island. I can't wait for that minor endorphin rush that'll cascade through my body (sounds kinky, huh?) when the change in weather happens. I know the droogs will love it too. Mucho sunbathing time, even.
There's so many things I wanna do when the weather breaks. Work in the yard. Ride bikes (gotta get new ones first). Actually go to the beach (maybe if I ask Adrienne nicely she'll take on the task of Mr. Miyagi-ing me through surfing lessons, again). Finish up long (and by long I mean loooooooooooooooooong) over due fix-its at the house. Stroll downtown and drink a cold beer (betcha can't drink just one). Dang! I'm getting excited.

Of course after I write this, I visit GDN's website and read Stan "the weather man's" blog. Wintry weather to possibly extend through mid-March. Yep.
If stan is going to keep making it cold, I say we go get him and make him an offer he can't refuse.
